Office Hours
- Mondays: 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Wednesdays: 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Fridays: 9:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Saturdays (once a month): 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. (October – April)
- Tuesdays and Thursdays: Limited staff present for administrative duty between 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Closed for lunch weekdays from 12:45 p.m. – 1:45 p.m.
For patients that require assistance for an urgent situation outside of office hours, we have a staff member available to assist you through our help line via cell phone. Please call us at (732) 942-8400 to leave a voice mail message or for our after-hours help line, if needed.
Appointments
We constantly strive to provide our patients with the finest orthodontic care available. Our investment in advanced technology means a long-term investment in your future. As a result, we typically see our patients every eight weeks. Certain appointments that require more time will be scheduled in the morning or in the early afternoon. This will allow you to schedule most of your shorter appointments after school hours.
Appointments are scheduled at the completion of each visit with Dr. Furlong. For your convenience, we provide a reminder phone call the day prior to your appointment, as well as emails in advance.
We pride ourselves on being punctual, and we appreciate your arriving on time each visit. Please remember that missing appointments may extend your time in treatment.
Patient Cooperation
Excellent cooperation ensures that treatment will be completed on time. By following all of our instructions and keeping all appointments, you will find that your orthodontic experience will be successful and fun. Your questions and comments are always welcome.
Patient Appreciation
We reward our patients and their families with gift certificates, tickets to sporting events and theme parks and other great prizes for good cooperation with treatment. We also celebrate patients’ birthdays and other special days as well.
